Energy efficiency and architectural quality represent two fundamental axes of our approach. By doing this, we create high-level homes that allow us to take care of our clients and minimize the environmental impact.

All the equipment and material used in our properties have an energy rating of “A +” or higher. From the taps that reduce 60% of wáter and energy without giving up comfort, to the clean aerothermal technology that provides cooling in summer and heating in winter.

Furthermore, all our new projects have certificate BREEAM and WELL which allows the properties to assure energy optimization, decrease C02 emissions, reduced energy consumption by 70% and water consumption by 40%. All of these are measures focused on health and wellbeing for all our clients.

Higuerón Hotel is based on respect for the environment through our construction elements. All the materials have been meticulously selected, being noble, such as wood, and thus benefiting the environment and the well-being of people.

We put both the health of our customers and the environment first in different ways. We use the grey water process that allows us to recycle, replacing water for human consumption in common uses such as watering our gardens or cleaning.

We reduce energy consumption in different ways. From the commitment to the use of LED lights in interior lighting, reducing energy consumption by 85%, to the foundations, surrounded by acoustic insulation. All this leads to the protection of clients and residents of Higuerón.

We respect the environment, with a creative and unique vision. Diego Gallegos, recognized as the chef of caviar, with a Michelin Star and recently awarded the Green Star, uses innovative gastronomic processes using the highest quality raw materials within Higuerón Resort.

All this through gastroacuponia, a different way of understanding cooking. The idea comes from our chef Diego Gallegos, the use of sustainable facilities, located in Higuerón Resort, and an integrated fish and vegetable culture model to obtain permanent supply, controlling the times, sizes and quality of the species according to season. 

This system combines the production of vegetables and fish in an integrated way in a closed recirculation circuit of more than 12,000 liters of water, in whose pools unique species of river fish are raised, as well as more than 2,000 plants of all kinds. the data. 90% of what you can taste Sollo comes from its own resources.
